(1)个人年龄要求18-60周岁(15公里以上组别);少儿年龄6-16周岁(必须家长陪同),;
(2)身体健康,常年参加体育锻炼,能适应高强度、大负荷、长距离的比赛,无高血压、心脏病史及妨碍剧烈运动的其他疾病;
(3)报名20公里以上选手必须有半程公路马拉松赛完赛成绩或是参加巴渝十二峰20KM以上的组别完赛证明;
(4)签署责任告知书;
(5)有效身份证明(报到时出示身份证原件,复印件留存);
(6)参赛选手身体状况要求:参赛者必须身体健康,没有且不隐瞒任何病患。须有能力应对恶劣天气,如酷热和大雨。组委会有权对身体不适的选手终止比赛;
(7)组委会严禁有以下疾病的患者参加比赛,如带病参赛则一切后果自负:
a、先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者;
b、高血压和脑血管疾病患者;
c、心肌炎和其他心脏病患者;
d、冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者;
e、糖尿病患者或低血糖患者;
f、其它不适合运动的疾病患者。
Registration Guidance
(1) Participants must be aged 18-60 (For 15km distances upwards); Child participants must be aged 6-16 and be accompanied by a parent/guardian;
(2) Participants must be in good health, accustomed to physical exercise, and able to adapt to high-intensity, long-distance competition; Participants must have no history of high blood pressure, heart disease and other diseases that prevent strenuous exercise
(3) 25km and above distance participants must have completed a half-marathon or a 12 Peaks 20km (or further) trail run; and be able to provide evidence to this effect.
(4) Participants must sign the liability waiver prior to competing
(4) Participants must bring a valid ID for registration (the original ID must be presented at registration, and a copy will be kept by the race organisers)
(6) Physical condition requirements for registering participants: Must be in good health, without concealing any illnesses; Must be able to handle severe weather such as extreme heat and heavy rain. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to terminate the competition for competitors who are unwell or exhibit signs of ill health.
(7) The Organizing Committee strictly prohibits people with the following diseases from participating:
a. People with congenital heart disease or rheumatic heart disease;
b. People with hypertension or cerebrovascular disease;
c. People with myocarditis or other heart diseases;
d. People with coronary artery disease or severe arrhythmia;
e. People with diabetes or hypoglycemia;
f. People with other diseases that are not suitable for exercise.
六、赛事规则
1、参赛者不得有下列任何一项行为,否则取消比赛资格:
①使用任何机动或有车轮的交通工具者;
②参赛者不按沿着有标记的赛道路线进行比赛,抄近道者;
③在赛道上乱丢垃圾、有意破坏植物或伤害动物者。
2、参赛号码布(大号码布为参赛号码布,小号码仅用于存包)必须置于运动服前方,于任何时间均清晰可见,比赛号码布必须全程携带,损坏或丢失造成无法计成绩,取消赛事成绩。
3、比赛使用号码布计时,全程不能取下;选手需在赛事规定的打卡点打卡,参赛者若未经过打卡点和计时点则不算完赛,取消赛事成绩;
4、中途退赛者,必须到达最近的CP点,受伤不能行走者,可电话联系比赛组委会,等待救援。
5、各CP点关门时间之后到达的的参赛者须主动退出比赛。
6 、报名成功后不支持退款、不转让、不延期保留名额。严禁参赛名额转让,由此引起的医疗救援、保险索赔责任由转让参赛号码双方承担相关的法律责任,其替跑行为一经核实,将被组委会取消比赛资格,列入本赛禁赛名单。
7、组委会在CP点为参赛者提供水和补给,参赛者请自备盛水器具。
8、路上不得丢弃任何垃圾,食后包装请自觉带回终点或CP点处理。
9、参赛者应注意安全,在公路赛段比赛时,须靠近马路边;在水库、溪水、瀑布边路段比赛时,不得到水中嬉戏玩耍。
10、选手报到时必须携带身份证件、出示绿色健康码、行程码和相关完赛证书原件或复印件领取物资,否则组委会有权拒绝该运动员领取物资。
11、完赛奖牌凭参赛号码布(大号码)领取,如参赛号码布丢失,组委会有权拒绝领取完赛奖牌。
12、比赛当日选手身体健康,且现场测量体温在 37 度及以下,比赛当天保持社交距离,若因个人行程及防疫措施问题,参赛队员不满足赛事防疫要求,赛事组委会有权取消其参赛资格,且不退还赛事报名费。
13、如果遇到超出赛事组织方合理控制范围内的,不可避免的或者无法克服的事件,如恶劣天气、疫情、政府干预等其它不可抗力之情形,组委会保留赛事调整和赛事延期的权利。组委会保留在赛事结束前的任何时间内,以安全和必要性为原则,更改赛事路线的权利。如若延期后的赛事再次遭遇不可抗力因素致使比赛无法正常进行,组委会将保留参赛者的报名名额,但不承担除报名费之外的其他相关费用。
本规程解释权归巴渝十二峰组委会。未尽事宜,另行通知。
Rules of Competition
1. Participants displaying any of the following behaviours will face disqualification:
① Using any motorised or wheeled vehicle during the course of the race
② Not following the demarked racing route and attempting to take shortcuts
③ Littering the course, intentionally destroying plant life, or harming animals
2. Race bibs (Large bib number for wearing, small number for bag storage only) must be placed on the front of the participant’s sportswear and must be clearly visible at all times. Race bibs must be carried throughout the course of the race. If a bib is damaged or lost, participant results might not count, and race participation might be cancelled.
3. The bib number is used for timing purposes and cannot be removed during the competition; It is the responsibility of competitors to check in at the check-in points stipulated by the race. If a contestant does not pass the check-in point and timing point, their race will be deemed incomplete, and the competition result will be cancelled.
4. Those who wish to withdraw in the middle of the competition must reach the nearest CP point. Those who are injured and unable to walk can contact the competition organizing committee by phone and wait for rescue.
5. Participants who arrive outside the closing time of each CP point must withdraw from the competition.
6. Once registration is complete, no refund, transfer, or extension of a reserved place is permitted. The transfer of competition entry quotas is strictly prohibited, and any resulting medical rescue and/or insurance claims by such competitors shall be borne by both parties involved in such practice. If such behaviour is verified, the organizing committee will disqualify the contestant and violators will be subsequently included in the banned list for further competition.
7. The race organizers will provide water and basic sustenance supplies for participants at the CP points. Participants should bring their own water containers.
8. No garbage should be left on the trails. Please carry any litter back to the race finish or a CP point for disposal.
9. Competitors should pay attention to safety. On public road sections, please keep safely to the side; When racing next to reservoirs, streams, and waterfalls, refrain from entering the water.
10. When checking in on race day, competitors must bring a valid ID, show a green health code, and a green xinchengka (big data/green arrow) code, as well as original or photocopies of relevant race completion certificates. Otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to refuse check-in to the athlete.
11. Finisher medals can only be collected whilst in possession of a valid race bib (large number). If a race bib number is lost, the organizing committee has the right to refuse to award a finisher medal to a participant.
12、On the day of the competition, the competitors are in good health and their temperature is measured below 37 degrees or less, and keep a social distance. If the competitor do not meet the epidemic prevention requirements due to personal itinerary and epidemic prevention measures, the organizing committee shall have the right to cancel the competition qualification and will not refund the registration fee
13. In the event of situations beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer, such as severe weather, epidemic, government intervention or other force majeure situations, the organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the event and/or postpone the event. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the route of the event at any time before the end of the event, based on the principles of safety and necessity. If the postponed event encounters a force majeure situation again and the competition cannot proceed normally, the organizing committee will refund the registration fee of participants but, regrettably, cannot bear responsibility for other expenses incurred by participants.
The interpretation of this regulation is the sole right of the Bayu Twelve Peaks Organizing Committee. Any matters not covered in these regulations shall be notified separately.

一、公共安全承诺书
1、本人坚决遵守中华人民共和国各项法律法规及国际条约;
2、本人坚决遵守公共秩序和社会公德,不损害公共利益;
3、本人坚决遵守比赛的各项规则和要求,积极维护及保障安全和公共秩序,保证自身及他人的合规参赛及比赛安全并按照规程和须知规定参赛;
4、本人全面理解并同意遵守组委会所制订的各项规定、要求及采取的措施,并将服从及配合实施组委会关于新冠肺炎疫情防控的工作安排。
二、组委会声明
1、比赛过程中,禁止一切替跑、蹭跑、伪造号码布等行为,由选手替跑、蹭跑、伪造号码布等违规行为所造成一切后果均由选手自行承担。
2、对于一切非组委会原因造成的意外事故,责任由相关人员承担。
3、对造成经济损失及严重社会影响的,组委会有权追究相关人员责任,并将诉诸法律。
三、选手参赛声明
1、本人自愿报名参加比赛并按照规则提供真实有效的信息;
2、报名者全面理解并同意遵守主办方及组委会所制定的各项规程、规则、规定、要求及采取的措施。
3、报名者理解该赛事将在对公众开放的旅游景点上举办,并理解由此带来的风险,包括从轻微伤到重大伤害以及死亡的风险,对此,报名者同意在参与赛事前检查相关场地及设施,准备必要的防护措施,并同意承担所有前述风险。
4、报名者已经过国家认证的医疗机构的身体检查,确认自身身体条件适合参与该项赛事及相关活动,且从未被告知不适合参加户外运动。
5、报名者同意主办方和组委会以其本人为保险人投保人身意外险。但由于自身已知或未知的疾病、身体原因等所引起的不良后果,例如,中暑、昏厥等非外力或他人造成的伤害不在人身意外伤害保险条款范围内。报名者同意主(承)办单位对于非主(承)办单位原因造成的伤害、死亡或其他任何形式的损失不承担任何形式的赔偿。
6、报名者同意向主办方和组委会提供真实有效的身份证件信息和资料用于核实本人身份,并同意承担因姓名和身份证件信息等缺失或不实导致保险无法购买或生效等而产生的全部责任。
7、报名者同意接受主(承)办单位在赛事期间为其提供的现场急救性质的医务治疗,但因医院急救和治疗等发生的相关费用(除保险公司赔付的部分外)由报名者自理。
8、未成年人因参加赛事而产生的风险和责任,由其法定监护人承担。
9、报名者授权主(承)办方和组委会及合作媒体无偿使用报名者的肖像、姓名、声音和其它个人资料用于赛事的组织、宣传和推广。
10、报名者愿意通过报名时所提供的手机、电子邮箱等联系方式获得赛事相关信息,如因手机、电子邮箱等填写有误造成报名者未能及时了解赛事信息进而影响报到工作及正常参赛等,主(承)办方和组委会不承担任何责任。
11、报名者报名成功后因个人原因无法参加赛事的,其报名费用将不予退还。
12、报名者同意在组委会规定时间内到组委会指定地点报到并领取参赛装备,未在规定时间内领取,逾期视作自动放弃。
13、报名者同意在比赛前和比赛期间不得损坏、更改及遮盖赛事官方号码布,否则将有可能没有比赛成绩或比赛成绩被取消。
14、报名者在参加赛事期间,因个人原因导致的财产损失,主(承)办方和组委会不承担任何责任。
15、报名者注意到主(承)办方及组委会已在赛事官方平台建议以下疾病患者不适宜参加赛事,如报名者属于下述患者仍坚持报名,则在赛事期间出现任何风险,主(承)办方及组委会不承担任何责任。
1)先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者;
2)高血压和脑血管疾病患者;
3)心肌炎和其他心脏病患者;
4)冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者;
5)血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者;
6)其他不适合运动的疾病患者;
7)孕妇。
8)其他不适合运动的疾病患者;
9)感染新冠病毒或有发热、干咳、乏力、嗅觉味觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状之一,而未就诊排除新冠病毒感染者;
10)尚处于感染新冠康复期的未痊愈者或新冠病毒感染后不满30天人员。
16、在比赛中,因个人身体及其它个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失,由参赛选手个人承担责任。
17、组委会建议所有参赛选手通过正规医疗机构进行体检(含心脏彩超、心电图、心肌酶四项检查),并结合检查报告进行自我评估,确认自己的身体及精神状况能够适应于长跑运动,方可报名参赛。
18、报名者同意比赛前一天不饮酒、不熬夜,如赛前有感冒、发烧或其他身体不适等状况,则放弃参加比赛。
19、所有参赛运动员一经报名,参赛名额不可转让,如发现替赛者,组委会有权立即终止其比赛,并上报裁判组及组委会追加处罚;如因私下转让名额导致被转让人在比赛期间发生任何人身伤亡及财产损失的,转让人应承担全部责任;如该等行为对赛事造成损失或不良影响,组委会将追究转让人的法律责任;
20、本人承诺不使用违禁药品,并同意按照竞赛需要接受兴奋剂检查,本人在比赛过程中因服用兴奋剂或其它违禁药品,造成人身伤害或死亡的,由此产生的一切全部法律责任及后果(包括但不限于医疗救治费用、误工损失、伤残赔偿或补偿、死亡赔偿金等)均由参赛者自行承担;
21、本人承诺不穿着带有政治或宗教主张口号、图案、标语的服装服饰参赛;
22、本人将听从组委会工作人员指挥,遵守比赛纪律,保障比赛的顺利进行;
23、本人全面理解并同意遵守组委会所制订的各项规程、规则、规定、要求及采取的措施。
